I recently had them come in and move some plumbing from one wall to another. The job was completed and I was happy. That was until a few days later when the tenant in the downstairs apartment called and said that there was water coming through the ceiling of her kitchen. And sure enough the culprit was the new plumbing. The plumber had put put a screw into the hot water line, not enough that it was gushing, but enough that it led to water to come through the walls and the ceiling. I called the plumber, they sent someone out to fix the pipe. But when asked about the water damage, was told that I would have to fight with their insurance. This damage was directly due to the screw through the water line. I made several calls to them, was told that they didn’t repair damage like that. And everytime I’ve asked to speak to a manager, they tell me one will call me back. Zero phone calls. So I’m giving a one star becuase they came out and fixed the damage they caused, but I will be very hard pressed to hire them again. Completely unprofessional.

The Plumber provided excellent, professional service. They came the same day I called, Mike gave us the bad news and he and his crew were here the next morning. They replaced our sewer line to the sewer tap and handled all permits, requirements and inspections with the town. The office assistants were very helpful and patient with our questions and transactions. Everybody was pleasant, professional and efficient. Would recommend.

I feel like I paid 89.00 just for them to come to the house I had explain what was going on and there was a leak under the house so they would need to go under it and turn the water off and see what the issue is the Plummer called and told me in order to go under the house it’s 183. Like does anyone come look at the job and provide what needs to be done and an invoice anymore and then if I’m comfortable with it move forward not every time he is about to do something send an invoice had to make 3 separate transactions. The Plummer himself was nice and gave me options and time to call property maintenance who didn’t answer the whole job couldn’t be done because I wasn’t home for them to see the hot water tank so another appointment will need to be made.
