I have dealt with many, many, many electricians, plumbers and construction professionals over numerous years. This company provided the worst service I ever experienced and was INCREDIBLY overpriced. Joe the owner was gruffand rude when I asked him any questions regarding the progress of his work. I requested a simple replacement of two faucets, one in a bathroom and one in a kitchen. I requested that the shower faucet and shower head be replaced as well. All the needed replacement fixtures were purchased by me beforehand. I was told that in order to replace the shower faucet there would need to be minor sheet-rock work in opening a small area behind the shower wall. I declined to have that done. Joe began polishing and cleaning the shower fixture which I never asked him to do (this added 30 more minutes to the bill) I was then told the amount for this work would be just under $1000.00. To be honest I was beyond shocked and just paid him. I'mashamed that I did. Frankly I just wanted Joe and his helper out of the house. 2 hours after they left the sink in the bathroom was leaking. I turned the water off and called Joe 3 times over the next hour leaving a voice message explains the situation without a return call. He answered my call on the 4 th try and he returned I hour later. He changed the drain part on the bathroom sink with his own part and charged another $300.00. He then informed me that the drain in the sink was clogged and that he would return to use his snake to clear the drain as he did not have the tool available.... Joe then told me that this would be another $300.00 (I ASKED FOR AN INVOICE THAT DAY FOR THE WORK ALREADY DONE AND RECEIVED IT TODAY (5 days later) and only after I requested it 4 times. The amount of money that I foolishly paid southeast plumbing is OBSCENE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INDIVIDUAL AND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. FRANKLY I AM SURPRISED HEHAS MAINTAINED A BUSINESS AT ALL.This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!Attach Photos

5 stars! Joe and his team totally saved me from a Labor Day weekend disaster. Friday night of LDW our well abruptly stopped working. We had family over already and more on the way. After frantically calling around, Joe answered and said he could be there within the hour. He came out, immediately diagnosed the issue with the pump, and came back early the next morning to fix it. Less than 24 hours after our water went out, we had it back! Reasonable prices especially considering the holiday weekend and early Saturday call. Our in-laws arrived hours later, none the wiser. Kind, professional, will certainly be calling again if we ever encounter another well issue. Thank you Joe!!!

I called Joe at Southeast Plumbing based on his stellar reviews. He quickly returned my call and set up for a Tuesday morning service call. He called on Monday and said he got caught up on another job and wouldn’t be there till Tuesday afternoon. (Which was absolutely fine) but then he never came or called back or returned multiple calls. I understand things happen and you need to shuffle your schedule, but the fact that he never returned my calls and left me hanging for four more days was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company based on my experience.

I used SE Plumbing in the past to install a sink faucet I bought online. His installation was done professionally and at a great price. When the faucet had a problem (not related to the installation), I had to get a new part from the manufacturer. SE Plumbing helped troubleshoot the problem, and after the new part came, they came right back and installed it and it has been problem free since.More recently (September 2018) I called them on a Sunday for a backed up bathtub and they came within an hour. He did a quick analysis and determined he could not fix the problem and suggested I try Electric Snake. He DID NOT CHARGE me for his time and I was very happy with that. In the past, I had a different plumber come for a different problem. That person was unable to fix it but charged me > $100.00 for his time. Although people should be paid for their time, I was glad that SE Plumbing helped me out. I would definitely use them again.
