★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called them for a gurgling tub when the toilet was flushed. My disposal was backing up in the kitchen sink. Their response time was very fast. The problem was the main line was clogged. Very fast and efficient. Will recommend this company to everyone!
Dec 30, 2024 · Cynthia BeaudinI had hired a different company to unclog my sewer pipes and it didn't work out well. I wish I had called United Rooter first. When United Rooter showed up not only were they more professional than the other company but they were able to get the work done quickly. They unclogged the pipe and we were able to get a camera into the pipe to see what the issue was. We found out that we had a lot of work to do but United Rooter did an amazing job fixing and replacing a bunch of pipe for us. They did it in a timely manner and they even came back during spring to patch up the pavement that we had to cut in order to fix the pipes. I highly suggest hiring them! Professional, great service, quick and efficient work for a reasonable price.
May 06, 2024 · Casey AlbertFiance called on Sunday due to a clogged pipe. He scheduled an appointment as we did not feel it was necessary to pay the emergency service charge. Two guys showed up Monday, never checked for a clogged pipe and insisted on checking the septic. Our septic system is a year old, the entire system was put in brand new. They said it was gonna be $420 for them to dig up the grates and diagnose the issue. Thanksgiving was on Thursday so I said, do what you need to do to get it fixed. They told us our floats are bad and there supervisor would be here on Tuesday to go over everything. I called the supervisor Tuesday at 1:45 he said he would be here at 4pm and never showed up. He then called after 6 and said a truck was down and would be here Wednesday. We had the people who installed our septic show up Wednesday morning, they said everything was fine and there was a clogged pipe like my fiance initially said. The supervisor for the plumbers shows up takes a look at everything and says his guys will be down later in the day to unclog our pipe. The two guys show up and we get charged an emergency service charge. The first issue is that my fiance clearly stated he thought there was a clogged pipe and the diagnostic plumbers never checked for a clogged. The second issue is that the supervisor was a no showThe third issue is that we were charged an emergency service charge after the clogged pipe was overlooked, the supervisor was a no show, and this was scheduled. The last guy was right you'd be better off burning your money then working with this company.
Nov 26, 2023 · Sara DavisCalled for a pipe clog. Was told it was not the mainline, it was the house trap. They did the work for 300.00 and my receipt was supposed to be emailed to me but never got it. 3 days later, pipe clogged, went to clear the house line and it was the main line. Called them and was told that they cleared the main line. No they did not. Told them that they did not do the main line, we have had this done before snd know the large piece of equipment needed for the main line. He then said that he didn't use that equipment and when I said that he then didn't do the main line as we paid for, he hung up on us. But no worries! We found out our insurance would cover the full sewer line replacement 12,000 worth of work, which we would have done through this company, but found someone else who did a great job.
Nov 11, 2023 · Susan CUnited Rooter assisted me with a recurring plumbing issue at my Bed and Breakfast. The office staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Mike and Junior, the plumbers who were sent to assist us, were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend United Rooter for any plumbing issue, large or small.
