Petri Plumbing is a great service for your heating and cooling needs. I needed to replace an old manual thermostat with a new digital Amazon Alexa thermostat. They are very responsive and flexible. Their technician that they sent out (shout out to Steven Berger) was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and how to maintain. They came right on time and finished the service in about an hour and the job was very well done. I’ll do some light patch work to clean up the wall given the old thermostat was big and bulky but I Will certainly use them again in the future!

I've been dealing with a faulty AC system for the past 2 weeks, and they came by and ran all the diagnostics and installed a new, WORKING, AC.All of their technicians are pet friendly, which was very nice since I have a very friendly black cat. She even shook their hands :)I had the pleasure of getting David, Steven, Michael, Daniel, Justin, Zaiduan, and more throughout the week. They are extremely professional, and I will not hesitate in the future to return to Petri for a job done extremely well!

Will was thorough and professional in clearing my clogged sewer main. He spent well over 2 hours clearing the line with a power water jet. Afterward, he viewed the line with a camera and guided me in seeing its condition. He made recommendations to extend the life of my 90-year-old sewer main. I am so happy to have called Petri Plumbing. My sincere thanks to Petri and to Will.

We were very upset after 4 days of calling 3 companies that never bothered to return our call. I woke up Sunday morning and began searching again. I discovered Petri and immediately made a call. They answered, they listened and quickly booked me for a consultation visit. The technician Mr. Faizon arrived in the afternoon, explained what needed to be done and went right to work after our approval. He was done by 6 PM. Mr. Faizon’s work ethic is a masterful work of Art. He understands the power of Art & Science. You can see as he works that he takes his job seriously and the work reflects. We could not use our family lower bathroom because the pipe that carries the cold water from the ceiling to the bathroom and our outside garden cracked due to the freezing weather. My wife and I totally appreciated everything he showed us he talked us through it and the final project looks great. Thank you Petri. We are now happy that we signed to be a part of your membership service.

My air conditioning went out over a holiday weekend, and Chris from Petri Plumbing was able to make it out the same day to diagnose the leak with my system and recharge it to keep working in the short term. They had a Daniel, a Project Manager out the next day to review my equipment and provide options - I ended up going with a full replacement. They got the replacement of my AC, Furnace and Water Heater all done in a single day, and within a week of my decision to go ahead. All of the members of the team who were there were great to speak to and incredibly respectful of my apartment. They took lots of pictures for my records, provided me with explanations of everything and left my apartment spotless after they were done. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks folks!
