Seriously excellent customer service!!!So, my toilet wouldn't flush (iykyk). I called Zoom Drain and while I did not need an emergency call, they got me in the next morning. I got Joe. He was very pleasant. So the toilet just needed to be snaked out, but after Joe left, the tub wouldn't drain. Huh. A quick call and they sent Joe right back and remedied the situation.Awesome.
