Second, the guys showed up, and did LESS than I asked them too, because they didn't see a need to waste their time and my money. BUT, they only did so with my approval. They were skilled professionals, talked to both my wife and myself, and made us feel like we were asking intelligent questions. They were polite, efficient, and thoughtful. Five stars. Two thumbs up.

Instead of really listening to anything I had to say, she was yelling at me and literally told me to never call them again. All because I was questioning 30 minutes.Since you didn't feel the need to really listen to me, basically accused me of lying and saying my time frame was "impossible"..From my house to your office is 30 minutes round trip. The second your truck pulled into my driveway I started a stopwatch to keep track of time, so that I would have a better idea of what the total bill would be.From the time they pulled into my driveway, to the time they left was 59 minutes. So they were only physically at my house for an hour, add the 30-minute travel time and you get a grand total of 1.5 hours. I was billed for 2 hours.I was not trying to say that your guys were lying, you didn't even let me finish what I was trying to say.In general it could have been chalked up to a simple misunderstanding/miscommunication, and maybe a refund of $50 for that extra 30 minutes, and you could have had a loyal customer.Instead you decided to treat me like garbage and literally told me to never call you again. Immediately getting irate with me because I dared to question anything, was completely uncalled for especially when I was calm the entire time.That is not how you treat a first time customer who is looking for some clarification.To be completely transparent..Did I start to get a little heated? Yes I did, but only near the end of the call. And instead of going back and forth or continuing to be berated by you, I agreed with you that I should absolutely call somebody else next time, and hung up.Highly unprofessional.A heads up to anyone else thinking about using them....Be aware that you will be charged the hourly rate starting when they leave their office, and ending when they return to their office. No matter how long that travel time takes them.. apparently they don't use 68 (office chicks words) so I guess they take the long way everywhere they go.
