I called several companies to do a sewer scope inspection on a home built in 1910. Not only were The Otter Guys the best priced but they were so professional and quick to respond. Gerald came out the next day, scoped the line with me, and within a couple hours I had a full quote, pictures and video to look at. Thank you for being the best HVAC company in Charlottesville, VA!!!

Everyone we dealt with in getting our new HVAC system purchased and installed was terrific to deal with. We appreciated the quick response as our system died during a heat wave. Michael provided great information on what our options were, and Caleb and the rest of the install crew worked hard to get us up and running as soon as possible. We are glad to have The Otter Guys as our company going forward!
