★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After finding out from a septic plumbing company after they jetted my plumbing lines that my pipe was detached from the main drain was the cause of my issue. However that company said I had to get someone to come in to clean out the waste before they can even go in to repair it. Being without plumbing, I needed to get someone in here quick. Roto rooter came out to assess and was able to coordinate an escovater with their plumber to simultaneously get the problem fixed. Within a couple of hours they got the problem fixed!
Jun 05, 2025 · Teresa MillerThe positives were quick service, able to come out the same day that we called and the employees were very nice.Unfortunately, for the high price tag, we were left with a mess and an unnecessary headache. We paid $1500 to have our main drain line snaked and scoped. After our line was snaked, we were left with a mess of sewage in our basement and hydrolic fluid in our driveway. The guys told us they were not responsible for clean up. The smell from the sewage was so bad that my husband ended up cleaning it up. When the second guy came to scope the pipes, he arranged for someone to come the following day to clean, wish we appreciated. The cleaning guys was friendly, but not told about the hydrolic fluid, so that was never taken care of.The scope camera was used to assess our pipes and we were told the pipes were corroded and needed to be dug up and replaced. We were quoted around 10k for this. Thankfully my husband was able to do this himself. We dug up the basement where we were told to by roto rooter, only to discover the pipe was still in decent condition with lots of wear left. If roto rooter invested in some better equipment, maybe a camera that was able to lift while in the pipes. I'm frustrated that we were given an incorrect diagnosis and have had to go through this.
Mar 23, 2025 · Caitlin ManionIt was a terrible experience, I don't recommend it. We felt ripped off. Our Beisman flooded after they recommended the jet, which didn't work. After a sleepless night because of the smell coming from everywhere and with a toddler at home who woke up with a sore throat, the next day one of their supervisors told us we had to change the exit that connects to the city. The problem is, we called the city, and they resolved the issue very professionally. Now the problem is, we paid for something that was never resolved, and the supervisor told us we would get our money back. But so far, we've only found excuses and justifications. This is really bothering us, and I think if the problem isn't fixed, we'll have to take action.
Mar 12, 2025 · Amable BorjasThe technician that came to our home was on time friendly and knowledgeable about his job. After a few questions about the issue brought in the tools needed and went right to work. After resolving the problem and making sure we were satisfied he cleaned his work area and left. He was a very polite individual and would recommend him anytime.
Jul 05, 2025 · Gary FrankI put in a service request late last night and received notification that someone would be out between 1-3 this afternoon. They ended up coming out earlier than that which is fantastic to me. Kyle was nice and knowledgeable and got the part replaced immediately. It was so much less of a headache than I was thinking it was going to be. I'm very grateful for the quick service and the price was what I had expected it to be. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
