What started out as a fix for a crack in a vent pipe led to a complete overhaul to address the crumbling (literally) 100-year-old cast iron pipes in my home that affected three bathrooms. Darren's initial prediction of what was needed ended up being correct. It was a huge job that required a lot of communication and explanations. When I met with Darren as I was explaining to him the issue I was having he was very attentive to the issues. He gave me 3 quotes on how to repair the plumbing issues. Once my wife and I choose the best quote that would best for us. We schedule the work to be done. Darren was on time work on stop only took a break for lunch and let me know he would be back after lunch. When the job was complete the area he worked in was very clean like it wasn’t no work done. Darren just replaced our tankless hot water heater. I called on a weekend and he answered the phone and was out to diagnose the problem in short time. He explained the issues and provided multiple options with no sales pressure. When we had our basement finished, they spray foamed over the pipes and partially over the hot water heater. He basically had to dig it out. The work was clean and professional and at a reasonable rate.
