I have an old house and had a major sewer problem. Tyler was the first person to come to my rescue. He was so nice, professional and understanding, I was a bit freaked out! What started out as a simple snake clean out turned into an all out nightmare for all involved. Tyler, John and an entire crew came to tackle this monster of an issue and were successful. I am so thankful and impressed with the work they did and the effort they put in to help me. They went above and beyond my expectations. If anyone has a plumbing/sewer problem, call them. I am very grateful to Mr Rooter. We had a very complicated plumbing issue that required Mr Rooter to use excellent detective skills to solve the problem. We ended up having to excavate the front yard for the sewage pipe that the team expertly did. They were honest and communicated well every step of the way. I trust and can highly recommend them to anyone.
