In a desperate attempt to fix my sump pump situation, I googled "plumbers" and started at the top of the list and kept dialing businesses, hoping to find some help. Mr Rooter got back to me immediately and scheduled someone to come out the next day. I had several other businesses that ghosted or wanted to schedule out into June. Charlie was very helpful in identifying what the issue seemed to be and what the best solution was for my situation. I would definitely use them again, just based on the quick turnaround without labeling it as an "emergency" and charging me that way.

Dealing with a sewer backup is never fun, but the entire team at Mr. Rooter NH made it as painless as possible. From Shane and Tyler, who came out to try to free the line on a Saturday night, to Kevin and Katie for pricing and coordination. Needed the line dug out and a section replaced. Mr Rooter took care of it all and was on scene the entire time. The contractor that Mr. Rooter used to excavate (Steve Sarette & Sons) and replace the pipe were top of the line professional as well. I called 2 other emergency plumbers before Mr. Rooter. One wanted $300 just to come out. The other took the job, then said they didn't have the staff. Lucky #3 worked for me! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Matt came right on time which was a relief because my sewer drain was clogged. I had called other companies who could not come out for 2 days- I spoke to the office and was scheduled the very next day. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received with Mr Rooter: my late night call was returned by the very pleasant Linda within minutes, no one was available immediately but they scheduled someone for first thing in the morning between 8 and 12. The supervisor, Keith, called back about 20 minutes later to ensure that I had heard back from Linda. Linda called again around 7am to confirm that we still needed service and dispatched Matt who arrived right at 8am with a smile. He handled our immediate problem with speed and diagnosed the underlying issue, gave us options and got quotes for each. The price was reasonable and I felt valued as a customer. Thank you Mr Rooter!
