Update: The office manager called me back from the office and apologized. They sent out a technician on Saturday, who was very knowledgeable and efficient, and fixed the problem quickly. This helped me not to have to take another day off work. They even waived the dispatch fee. While there was some initial hiccup, I appreciate their subsequent handling of the issue and will stay on their program for the long run.----------------------------------------------------------------------Bad experience. I subscribed to their VIP program and have been making monthly payments. Then the first time I actually need service and scheduled an appointment, the technician didn't show up in the scheduled window without any update. I called the office and explained that because we shortened the time window from 2.5hrs to 1.5hrs for a work meeting I have, I am willing to wait longer and I just need an estimated time of arrival because I need to move my work meetings. The lady in the office spoke nicely but was utterly useless - she doens't know how long it'll take, she doesn't know where the technician is, no way to reach out to him, no way to tell me how long it will take him to get to me, doesn't want to reschedule me for a weekend appointment although they wasted my half day off work. Not anything useful at all. Extremely disappointed and I will not subscribe to their program anymore. This totally wasted me taking a half day off from work and my AC problem doesn't get resolved.

Ivan and Will did a terrific job during their recent service visit, my family's first experience with Mattioni. It was so positive, in fact, that I bought the service plan on the spot. First, they were on time. Second, they were very personable - both are great guys - as well as knowledgeable and professional. Third, they were very efficient, yet thorough, in assessing our home's needs and offering some troubleshooting opportunities along the way. Fourth- and this can't be underscored enough - they were honest. They did not try to try to upsell me, or offer services that I did not need. As we all know, it is extremely difficult to find companies that offer all of these attributes to customers. Thanks to our experience with Ivan and will - great job gentlemen - it's clear to us that Mattioni is one of those companies. Highest recommendation!

Mattioni plumbing replaced my water heater, overfill tank, provided a water alarm and I added on a shut off valve system, and had out pressure regulator replaced to our house. Excellent service - efficient and timely and neat. No frills estimate provided. Would use again.Brian Mellon was our plumber technician. Brian does awesome work.
