When Adam called to ask about final payment, I told him about the remaining items on the list and asked if he had left his guys to do the work unsupervised because of the poor workmanship. He had no answer. In addition to fixing the hole in the drywall, I explained about the cracked tiles, construction adhesive and the problems with the fixtures.
