Seth was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very prompt on his arrival. He explained everything to us before or while his was performing the work. Being that it was raining that day, Seth was very mindful of the conditions outside and took the necessary precautions to avoid tracking any of wetness from outside onto our hardwood floors, and he left the work area clean just as it was when he entered our home.
