Made an appointment to have them disconnect 2 sinks and the gas stove for new flooring. Then return visit after new floors to reconnect everything and install new bathroom faucet. Very professional. Text messaging system to confirm day before. Then day of appt text message reminder they were coming with an attached photo of the plumber. I liked that -not so much for myself but maybe someone with security concerns would feel better knowing who to expect. The technician called when he was on his way. All very professional. A little on the expensive side but I’m okay with paying more for competence, professionalism, and knowing a job was done correctly.

Not as happy with the work as i hoped to be. The tech had an issue with one of his repairs and it led to water spraying all over the crawl space. He put the "T" and guage on crooked so the guage is aimed downward. The drain valve is litterally touching the ground so you could not put a hose on it if you wanted to. Also, he shredded some of my insulation and then left it hanging. Im glad i have my water on, but the work was sloppy. Ive been down in the crawl space recently, so i know what condition it was in before.Update: Hancock and son have been very responsive and professional. They have corrected every issue and have really gone above and beyond to make things right. I am impressed by the customer service and for that i am changing my rating to reflect. Thank you for making things right!

Wow, what an excellent experience all around! I called and spoke with dispatcher Meghan who was so sweet and helpful. She had technician Christian to my house in less than 24 hours, to give a quote and, upon my acceptance, do the work right then. The price was 42% less than another company I had contacted (one that is used by our condo management company.) Christian completed the work (switch out a copper refrigerator supply water line to a braided stainless line) competently and quickly. I will definitely use Hancock and Son for future needs!!

I had a problem with my drains backing up and called Hancock and Sons Plumbing. They came out the very next morning to diagnose the issue. After looking under the house, we realized we had some issues in the crawl space. Anthony, my plumber,was able to get things working that day and returned this morning to continue his investigation. He was almost more excited than I was when he found the issue. Anthony was outstanding - super friendly and professional. I really appreciated their upfront and transparent pricing.
