Ed Lane Plumbing Inc Reviews
Bathtub would not drain. Hired Ed's team to unclog. Whatever his technician did while trying to unclog the pipe popped some kind of seam under the tub. Now my full tub of water empties through the floor into my man cave below destroying the drywall and ceiling tiles. When confronted his response was "this kind of thing is possible when trying to fix issues like this"- which I totally understand and agree with but he didn't have an answer as to why they didn't simply drain the tub beforehand, especially when you know there's a good chance of a problem like this happening. He got very defensive, didn't offer to fix the damage, and then handed me an invoice for$293. Icing on the cake.
Oct 19, 2022 · Walt BNot the cheapest plumber, but then you get what you pay for. Had Ed Lane Plumbing do some gas line work for a new dryer. They installed a new shut off valve and put in all new hangers on the pipes in the basement. The obvious quality of workmanship and solid parts speaks highly of their technician. I felt their price was a tad high per hour, but was very satisfied with their quality of work, timeliness and professionalism.
Jul 05, 2015 · David HoppelThe maintenance person did not even bother to follow instructions and confirm the actual work needed. He took it upon himself to do his own thing. When we told him that he failed to do the work that was requested. He became disrespectful. He charged us over 300 USD for unclogging a drain, stop a leak and clean up, and failed to complete the cleanup and ensuring the leak had stopped. Did not even bother to evaluate any of the plumbing issues in the house for which he was called to complete.
