Noah and Brian were two of the best technicians. Noah made sure we knew everything there is to know about our new digital thermostat and how things are operating outside and underneath the house. He is very knowledgeable about these products and made sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. They were able to work us in for a relatively minor quick fix and knowledge about why we kept having the repeat problem. We were quoted a fair and reasonable price for the permanent solution. All the employees were kind and considerate.

BIG thank you to Colonial Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. for coming out last night and getting our AC going after another company no showed on us! I called Colonial and left a message with their answering service. John called me within 5 minutes! I explained my situation. He made sure I knew upfront what the charges would be for a weekend service call, so there were no surprises. John arrived within 30 minutes (which is really impressive for our location) and got our unit going quickly! We are so thankful for CP&H and their fast and friendly service!!

I could not be happier with our new HVAC unit & gas hot water heater, both are saving me money. All of the staff I worked with were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have very high standards of quality!

I called CP&H when my AC condensation line was clogged up. John fixed it and was super helpful and professional. He explained how to keep this from happening again. Its so nice not to have to go up in the attic twice a day to drain the drip pan! The phone reps were knowledgeable, nice and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. Im very happy. 10/10. Highly recommend.
