★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience with this company is that they take all the money and do a half ass job! I had them come here to clean my cesspool but in the process they only found one pool. They messed up my whole yard digging up an area they thought had the overflow but it was just concrete. I had to move on to another company because they couldn't find the overflow and left my yard in shambles! So if you ever need a cesspool company I suggest you don't use this one. The company that cleaned up the job was "Cesspool Pros".
Nov 06, 2024 · Silk RocksI was having a issue with my septic system. I called and was able to receive a prompt response. I have to admit when I called I was given a run down of the cost of possible procedures that may have to be performed. They were being transparent which I appreciated. As we all know there is nothing worse than having a septic issue. There are many shady companies. The technician (Steve) arrived and was very informative. The talked me through and advised me of the best possible way to resolve the problem. He was not trying to sell me unnecessary services. I am very please with the service i received and I highly recommend them.
Sep 04, 2018 · Joseph SmithI have known B&R plumbing my entire life - my school bus would pass their building every day. My parents always used them and I trust no one else. I had a cesspool problem and they were here less than 2 hours later. They were friendly and efficient - finding the cap in no time and pumped us out. Gary was here 7 years ago when I had my last problem and was here again. Fantastic service. - Don C.
Nov 24, 2017 · Don CallahanThe tech Dave fixed my system quick and checked for safety faults. It's nice to sleep knowing my heating system is safe. highly recommend this company!! Clean cut service. Very happy :))
Mar 21, 2017 · David CorteselliPoor service and unprofessional staff. Purchase a NAVIEN broiler from them to save money with the instant hot water feature. The installation was not properly done. They kept denying it and charge me service fees everytime they come to check out the unit . Navien send out a tech and they found the installation was wrong. B*R is still trying to cure the issue a year later!
