★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I left a message for Alley Plumbing this morning hoping they could help me unclog a double kitchen sink. They called me right back and had repair people at my door within 10 - 15 minutes. Brenda was so matter of fact, focused, and knowledgeable. She got my sinks working again, was patient with all my questions, and gave me advice for maintaining them. I highly recommend this company!

Mar 07, 2025 · Kevin LehnertI had an emergency on Sunday, June 14, 2015. There was a flood in the master bathroom and I had no idea where it was coming from. A long standing customer of Alley Plumbing called them herself and said I had an emergency. I called on Monday to say I would still like it checked out, but that the leak had stopped. To date I have not received a return call! I own a plumbing, heating and construction company in NJ. This type of business is a SERVICE business. No service...eventually no business. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency. My brother needed a 75 gallon power vent water heater installed in March and it took him 2 weeks to find a plumber and then 1 week before it was installed. Just outrageous!

Jun 23, 2015 · Nicki MooreWe had a leaking shower that was resulting in mold forming in our shower. They showed up early to the job, fixed it and explained to us what was happening. Then on top of that sent us a refund check because the price went down on the part that they had to put in! Honest people that did an excellent job! Would recommend them and will definitely call again for any future needs.

Mar 23, 2019 · Kristin GoodrichThere was an issue with our bathtub where it wouldn't drain water properly. The kitchen sink was also stopped up. Given that Christmas was coming up, we were hoping to get it fixed quickly. I called Alley Plumbing and spoke with Kaye Alley about our issue. I was very pleasant and polite in explaining our situation. I asked if there would be an extra fee since I was calling so close to Thanksgiving. Her response was, "That ain't got nuttin' to do with it ma'am", very rudely. I passed it off like she might be dealing with something else. The people who came and worked on our tub and sink were very kind and professional (I give them 5 stars) and explained what was wrong. Two business days after Christmas (hardly a month after the service) I get a call from Kaye Alley while I was visiting with family. She leaves a voicemail, which was, in entirety, a bit on the ride side. Towards th end she says, "....and I'd appreciate a call back", and hangs up. I planned on calling her back the next day to let her know we plan on sending payment soon. I get a call the next day from "No Caller ID". I pick up and she says "This is Kaye Alley from Alley Plumbing. I'm calling about my bill from November." I said, "Oh hey! We don't have the money quite yet but I'll send payment as soon as we do." She says, "and when will that be?" I respond, "It will be at least a couple of weeks" ....long pause... And Kaye says (very rudely and aggravated-like), "well I would have appreciate if you told us that before we came" and I said, "well I would appreciate if you not block your number when you call me. Thanks" and hung up. Never have I dealt with such AWFUL customer service here in Lexington. I will never ever use this company again because of her rudeness, and I'll make sure to leave a review with our community as well.
