All Seasons Plumbing & HVAC, Inc. has a mixed record in customer feedback. While some customers have reported positive experiences, certain concerns have been raised.
Reported Customer Service and Communication Issues: Some customers have highlighted significant challenges with communication and scheduling. Instances of technicians being significantly late without notice, unreturned calls from management, and miscommunication regarding credit card information for service have been reported. One review mentioned being "given the runaround" and having appointments missed.
Contention Over Work Quality and Responsibility: In one instance, a customer reported an issue where an HVAC pipe clogged due to an uncapped opening left after service, and the company reportedly denied responsibility, even with photo evidence. There was also a strong denial from a manager regarding the potential for an open pipe to cause a clog.
Allegations of Non-Service Related Issues: One highly negative review alleged a car accident where the company's vehicle reportedly hit a stopped car, then denied responsibility, refused to provide insurance information, and attempted to evade payment. This, if factual, raises serious trust and ethical concerns that are independent of plumbing/HVAC work quality.
Responsiveness (Mixed): While some reviews indicate positive responsiveness for scheduling initial appointments or emergency calls, others reflect a breakdown in communication once issues or complications arise, particularly when trying to confirm service or address follow-up problems.
Pricing Transparency (Mixed): One review mentioned being charged "accordingly" for a service that took twice as long as quoted, which can lead to unexpected higher costs for customers.
Company Background: Established in 1989, All Seasons began as a family-run business from a basement. They are fully licensed to work in MD, VA, and DC, emphasizing personalized service as a small business.
Positive Feedback Exists: It's important to note that other reviews, often found on their direct website or other platforms, include positive comments about technicians being professional, knowledgeable, quick, and providing good explanations and service for issues like water heater replacements, boiler repairs, and new water line installations. Some customers have praised their responsiveness and upfront pricing.

For locals in Maryland seeking plumbing and HVAC services, All Seasons Plumbing & HVAC, Inc. presents a complex picture. While their long-standing presence (established 1989) and a comprehensive list of services, including specialized areas like backflow prevention, indicate a broad range of capabilities, potential customers should be aware of significant concerns raised in some customer reviews. The severe allegations regarding vehicle collision and refusal to provide insurance, if accurate, point to very serious trustworthiness issues that extend beyond typical service quality concerns. Furthermore, the recurring themes of communication breakdowns, missed appointments, unexpected delays impacting costs, and denial of responsibility for potential work-related issues (like the uncapped pipe leading to a clog) suggest inconsistencies in their customer service and quality control processes.
While some positive reviews highlight responsiveness and professional technicians, the conflicting experiences mean that Maryland residents considering All Seasons Plumbing & HVAC, Inc. should proceed with caution. It is highly advisable to obtain detailed, written estimates for all work, thoroughly discuss potential costs, and confirm scheduling in writing. For any critical repairs or installations, asking for clear documentation of all work performed and ensuring satisfaction before final payment would be prudent. Given the spectrum of feedback, potential customers may wish to explore multiple service providers in Maryland to compare pricing, service guarantees, and customer feedback across a wider range to make the most informed decision for their plumbing and HVAC needs.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1These guys are criminals- hit our car while we were completely stopped and and then tried to deny it and refused to pay for the damage and tried to evade giving their insurance information to us. Devil’s work. Definitely don’t trust them.
Jun 19, 2025 · Anna SWe’ve had one bad, and one awful experience with All Seasons Plumbing. They came three months ago, showed up over an hour late without any notice, and spent twice as long on the service as they said they would, then charged accordingly. One of the services they did was adding a safety switch to our HVAC. The technician didn’t put the cap/brush on top of the pipe, so there was open piping on our HVAC. Three months later (today), the pipe clogged because of the large opening in it. All seasons denied any responsibility, said they have no evidence we didn’t take the brush out ourselves (though I had photo evidence from the day it was installed that I had sent to our landlord), and said they could send someone but would need to charge overtime because they were booked for the next week. I then called their office on four separate occasions to confirm that they were coming, and every time they said they’d call me back. One of the people who said he’d call back was the manager, Wally. The office then closed, and after I called a fifth time Wally called me back to say it was my fault for not providing CC info and that they wouldn’t be coming. I was never asked for credit card info, and tried confirming this appointment repeatedly. He denied having said they wouldn’t send someone, said it was “ridiculous” to say that their work had caused an issue, and said that there’s absolutely no way an open entry to a pipe could have caused a clog. Go literally anywhere else.
Jul 14, 2025 · Emily DixonAll Seasons works with our management company Abaris and always overcharges for work. I have been going back and forth for 6th months on a bill they charged us $437.50 to look at a leak for 5 minutes. My contractor fixed the issue before they had even arrived and they are still claiming we owe them for showing up for 5 minutes. I hate this company and do not recommend anyone uses them. Do yourself a favor and go else wear.
Sep 19, 2024 · Sydney LevyI contacted the company to get a price quote to install a tray under my AC unit. The unit is old but works fine. Instead, the technician recommended to replace the unit. He took notes and said they will provide me a price quote. I was charged $150 for a 30 minute assessment. Yet, more than a week later, I have not received any price quote even after calling to follow up with them. I feel like I've been ripped off.
