The whole team is Very professional. Angel is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain things. Jake and his crew worked full, consecutive days until it was complete. Pricing was very competitive. I plan to use them for future projects.

My husband and I honestly can't express how great the team at LHR is. We were extremely stressed with having to gut all of the pipes in our home and the main sewer line. Cody, Angel, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Also Mary was great to talk to and work through scheduling. Thanks guys for doing a such great job!

We used LHR for our AC unit replacement in 2023. They were very friendly however after installation, any day that is over 85 degrees outside, the pipes freeze and the unit stops being able to cool. I called multiple times that first summer and they sent out a few other techs and eventually we were told that the AC can struggle when it gets hot out. We called again as it continued to happen last year but no solutions. It continues to happen this year. I am writing this while my house sits at 78 degree inside after trying to get down to 72 all day. The pipes are covered in ice. I normally do not write reviews, good or bad, but wanted to share the experience for others.

We were referred by another plumbing and heating company that wanted to help us with our water leak cutting supply to our bathrooms but was honest that due to the inclement weather they wouldn't be able to make it. My wife and I just bought the house the month before and the leak wasn't present during the inspection.Your technician Julian was very helpful and both he and your service manager helped us by offering a good selection of options at an affordable price. We also discussed options on future potential services we may require like furnace pm services and cleanings as well as answering all of my questions as thoroughly as possible.There was no pushing into things we didn't want or need and he even found a dead end in our hot water line that he took out.We will definitely keep in touch for future needs.

I called LHR for an issue with my inoperable power vent, which is over twenty years old. The power vent on the furnace was filling the house with fumes, so the tech (Jeff) walked me through the issue. Jeff provided information on the most inexpensive solution, which was replacement of parts on the twenty three year old unit. He also provided an option to replace it with a brand new unit, but did not pressure me on my final decision. Angel, (LHR CEO), even showed up on the job site to ensure everything went smooth. Ultimately, I decided to replace it with a brand new unit because the pricing was extremely fair and the service was top notch. I highly recommend LHR for all your plumbing and heating needs.
