All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is conveniently situated at 15 S Ashwood Mall, Old Bridge, NJ 08857, USA. This location places them firmly within the Old Bridge community, offering a local base that can potentially facilitate quicker response times for residents in the immediate area and surrounding parts of Middlesex County. For New Jersey locals, having a service provider with a physical presence in the town often signifies a better understanding of local infrastructure, building codes, and common issues prevalent in the region.
Old Bridge's position within central New Jersey provides relatively good accessibility to major roadways, which could aid All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling in reaching clients across a wider service area within the state. When a gas leak is suspected or a heating system breaks down during a chilly New Jersey winter, proximity can be a crucial factor in minimizing discomfort and potential damage. However, while the location offers logistical advantages, the actual "accessibility" of service, in terms of scheduling and timely arrivals, is also influenced by internal operational efficiency, which is a key consideration for customers. Residents often appreciate the convenience of a local business, but expect that convenience to translate into reliable and predictable service delivery, especially for critical home systems.

All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has generated varied feedback from customers, presenting a mixed picture of their service highlights:
- Tenacity and Thoroughness in Complex Repairs: A significant highlight is their dedication to thoroughly diagnosing and resolving difficult issues. One customer praised Jason and his apprentice for spending "2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area" to find an elusive gas leak in a commercial-grade boiler, showcasing "tenacity and professionalism." This commitment to "do the job correctly the first time" is highly valued, especially for intricate problems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to find a leak in an "uncommon place," like warped/wavy seals between a burner and a tank, demonstrates a high level of diagnostic skill that goes beyond superficial fixes.
- Owner Involvement: The direct involvement of "Jason" (presumably the owner or a lead technician) in complex troubleshooting can be a positive for some customers who appreciate hands-on expertise from leadership.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge contrasting feedback that points to significant areas of concern:
- Scheduling and Punctuality Issues: Multiple instances of technicians showing up "multiple times outside of time frames given" indicate inconsistency in scheduling and punctuality, which can be frustrating for homeowners.
- Unprofessional Workmanship Concerns: An HVAC system installed by the company reportedly "failed inspection twice," with the inspector deeming the work "unprofessionally done." This raises serious questions about installation quality and adherence to standards.
- Lack of Attention to Detail/Cleanliness: Reports of a worker placing a "dirty tool bag on my brand new couch" and leaving "garbage behind on top of our furnace" (a "fire hazard") highlight a disregard for customer property and safety.
- Poor Administrative Support/Communication: Difficulty in obtaining HVAC warranty paperwork after "a month calling every other day" and receiving a "generic copied and pasted paragraph" points to significant shortcomings in customer service and administrative follow-up.
These varied experiences suggest that while the company may possess strong technical skills for complex problem-solving in certain situations, there are significant inconsistencies in overall service delivery, professionalism, and customer communication that potential clients in New Jersey should be aware of.

For locals in Old Bridge, New Jersey, considering All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, the suitability of this company presents a nuanced picture based on available customer feedback. There are clear indicators that make them a potentially strong choice for very specific, complex issues, but also significant concerns that warrant careful consideration.
On one hand, All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling demonstrates exceptional suitability for challenging and hard-to-diagnose problems. The glowing review highlighting Jason's "tenacity and professionalism" in finding an elusive gas leak in a complex radiant heat boiler, after other plumbers failed, showcases a highly valuable skill set. For New Jersey homeowners facing persistent or mysterious plumbing and heating issues, especially those involving intricate systems like commercial-grade boilers for residential use, this level of dedication to accurate diagnosis and thorough repair is a significant asset. Their commitment to "do the job correctly the first time" in these difficult scenarios is a strong positive for locals seeking definitive solutions.
However, the contrasting negative feedback cannot be overlooked. Issues with inconsistent scheduling, unprofessionally performed installations (leading to failed inspections), and a perceived lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service administration (e.g., HVAC warranty paperwork, leaving trash) raise considerable concerns. For routine service calls or new installations where reliability in scheduling and meticulous execution are paramount, these reported shortcomings could detract from a positive customer experience.
Therefore, All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling appears most suitable for New Jersey locals who are dealing with particularly stubborn, complex, or previously misdiagnosed plumbing or heating issues where deep technical expertise and persistent troubleshooting are the primary requirements. Customers who prioritize meticulous diagnostic work over absolute adherence to strict appointment windows or flawless administrative processes might find their strengths to be highly beneficial. However, for those who value consistent punctuality, pristine worksite cleanliness, and seamless customer service communication across all interactions, it would be wise to engage in thorough pre-service discussions or consider other options that consistently meet those expectations. Ultimately, for the discerning New Jersey resident, understanding these specific strengths and areas of concern is key to determining if All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is the right fit for their particular needs.

All Shore Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Reviews
We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. Thank you!!
Feb 10, 2022 · Diane PaquetHello. I'm honestly not surprised you don't have me on record because you didn't even have my HVAC warranty paperwork after I spent a month calling every other day to get it from you, only to receive a generic copied and pasted paragraph in a word document from Jason. In addition, scheduling with this company was a nightmare, with technicians showing up to our house multiple times outside of time frames given to us. Our HVAC, which was installed by this company, failed inspection twice. The work was unprofessionally done according to the inspector, and in one instance, a worker placed his dirty tool bag on my brand new couch and left garbage behind on top of our furnace, which is obviously a fire hazard. We are very unhappy with our experience.
