Troy made sure to get me on the schedule quickly, thinking about the timing so everything could be fixed, inspected, and done all in one day. The plumbing crew was knowledgeable and friendly, and they finished the work in just 24 hours. Even though they had to dig up my newly landscaped yard, they put everything back so well that you can’t even tell any digging happened. Throughout the whole process, Troy was always available to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Just like promised, Troy called me the next day to let me know when he would arrive, and he was right on time. Troy was very polite, worked quickly, and did an excellent job fixing my plumbing problem. The whole process was smooth and efficient. He also took the time to explain what I should do now and what steps to take if I run into this issue again in the future. Good service like this is hard to find these days. I’m glad I went with them for my water heater repair. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

Troy was extremely professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I had issues with my kitchen drain and made the mistake of reaching out to three other companies first, including some big names. Those companies suggested expensive fixes like replacing pipes that didn’t need it and adding an unnecessary pump. They couldn’t properly figure out the problem and kept delaying things, so I was left without a working kitchen sink for weeks. The costs kept rising with them and there was always something else they wanted to add. When I finally contacted William & Sons Plumbing for a free estimate, Troy came the same day, quickly found the real issue with my kitchen sink, and offered a solution that didn’t require tearing up my floors or replacing pipes. I felt so much relief after that visit, and now my kitchen sink works perfectly! Their pricing was better than the others for hydrojetting too. The money I spent was worth every penny, and I wish I had called them from the start. I could have saved myself a lot of money, time, and stress. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
