Wallace Plumbing, Inc. Reviews
On Monday January 15th, one of the employees of the so called professional business tried to run me off the highway as I traveled 85S. This event was even reported to the police as it happened. I then contacted the office and made a complaint to inform them of the incident and told the manager that I had taken a picture of the license plate on the trailer. She assured me I would receive a phone call back. Never happened! I contacted the office the next day and was referred to "Robert" whom I was told was a manager as well. He stated, "The employee was terminated." I informed him that I needed some form of proof and also if possible the employees name as I was going to pursue charges. I have never been a victim of road rage and this incident had really shaken me. All of a sudden he now tells me that the HR manager handles that, they were not in and he would have them contact me the next day. Well, low and behold I received a VM from someone claiming to be the owner "Mike Wallace". Here I am thinking this would be handled in a professional manner, after all, one of your employees driving a company truck just attempted to cause me great harm, damage my vehicle or worse, could have killed me! Well nope! This man was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL &, UNPROFESSIONAL. He told me that he "disciplined his employee" and if I felt the need to make it a big deal then that was on me. When I asked what type of discipline he received he yelled "That's between me and my employee and I don't have to tell you anything!" I stated to him that he may want to express that policy to Robert who I had just spoken too, told me he was a manager and volunteered freely that the employee had been "fired". At that point he became enraged and told me it was "none of my damn business what his policies where".He had no facts of the incident and became hostile and threatened to file harassment charges on me because, as he had incorrectly stated, "You have called this office 4 times." I told him that our conversation was per his request and it made only the 3rd time I called his business. He then hung up on me. Clearly this man could not or did not want to face the issues and could care less about public safety or how his company was being represented. He DOES NOT CARE about complaints, so do not waste your time. I have never encountered such ignorance in a business. What he does not seem to care about also is word of mouth. It can make or break you. I for one am very big on customer service and professionalism. Apparently, whoever this driver was, was use to this type of driving because he had placed black tape over the last two numbers of the company business phone number on the truck. {I tried but could not get a clear picture of it} Had he been professional and appeared to actually CARE that his employee could have KILLED me or others as he drove recklessly down a busy highway, you would not be reading this review. I plan on placing this review on every social media site and reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau as well. DO NOT SUPPORT and give your money to someone who only cares about the bottom line. Mr. Wallace you need to work on your professionalism and understand that if you or your representative interact in a negative manner, complaints come with that. LEARN TO HANDLE THEM or it will be your downfall. Another review stated that same issue with you sir. Everyone can't be lying. Think about it and be thankful I was only calling to tell you of reckless driving and road rage and the police were informing you that your employee killed someone in your company vehicle.
Jan 17, 2018 · Keshea MontgomeryThis wallace company is the worst! They only want to explode people for their work. They wanted to pay my husband 15 dollars an hr. for being a professional plumber. Because my husband was in need he decide to work there. They were not paying him the right hrs. And they would find any type of excuse to take hrs. Out of his pay check. That’s why wallace company getting so many complaints with not finishing the job on time and not having professionalism. If you don’t pay what you should and what is fair, you only going to be hiring unprofessional people that doesn’t know how to work!
