Apr 16, 2022 · Tony PerimanWhile i was overseas, my wife informed me of a leak under our sink. I informed her that our home warranty was still active. She called, made an appointment, and was booked for a particular day. The contractor was a no show. My wife attempted to reschedule but her phone calls were never answered by Thomas Plumbing. When we complained to home warranty, they claimed that Thomas Plumbing tried to reach my wife and left voice-mails, which is hilariously untrue. Therefore, my wife requested a different company come out and help us with our problem. Home warranty refused, as they "reserve the right to send any company that they want." LOL. So we canceled the appointment and will be canceling our home warranty service when the renewal expires.

Jul 27, 2020 · Mike DeMarcoSame boat as everyone else on here it seems. Warranty company issued this place to fix an in wall leak. I had an initial appointment with this company for Friday 29 June from 10-2, I called shortly after 10AM to verify they were coming stayed home from work and come late into 1PM I called to make sure they were coming still and they mentioned they would be late. They eventually never showed and didnt call. Monday I waited to see if they would call or show up, but didn't so I called Tuesday for an appointment for today 3 June from 10-2. They assured they would call me or my wife as an alternate contact, now I just received notification from my warranty company not the plumber that they rescheduled my appointment with no coordination for availability. They also notified my warranty company at 12:30, 2.5 hours into their appointment window. Pretty unprofessional and not courteous. I will be asking my Warranty provider for a different Plumber

Jun 03, 2020 · Phill JohannesIf we could give ZERO stars we would. They set up an appointment and we had an emergency situation after that. We tried calling and seeing if they could come out sooner, they never returned calls, voicemail was always full, and they stopped answering the phone before 4pm.When the appointment time rolls around, we called to confirm with no answer. We finally got a hold of reception an hour before the end of their “show up” time, where she said she’d contact us in a second with an update. They never showed. Never called to cancel. When calling our home warranty company to say this, Thomas Plumbing lied to them saying they had not set up our appointment for that day, but the following day...even though we had emails and texts and had JUST called them an hour prior, all stating the appointment time was that day. They made a promise to come the following day, and when they came they came for a random issue that had nothing to do with our plumbing issue. So they had none of the needed equipment and couldn’t perform the job...and they showed up with 10 minutes left in their appointment time. They never called us back to reschedule the appointment. Never called us to see how the work was performed. Never called us to apology either!Days go by and we still haven’t had water in our house for over a week, and for the holidays. After calling home warranty to complain about this company, we immediately received a text saying “Thomas Plimbing has cancelled your appointment”.This company is awful!!!! Do not use them, and if your home warranty wants to use them, just say no!!!

Jan 03, 2019 · Holland LeopoldThomas Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company (First American) to fix a toilet flange. They arrived late to the appointment as others have experienced, were difficult if not impossible to contact, and never returned to complete the work. I could go on for how unprofessional this contractor is but I won't as others have adequately captured my experience.First American though earned five-stars. I notified them about the issue. They refunded my service charge. They referred my claim to the contractor relations team and I have confirmed this contractor is no longer approved by them. This is not a paid ad but I'm impressed by their service as a warranty company.
