★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place was highly recommended to me so I had called about a few small things and they showed no problem. When I had a more serious problem, they did NOT! My shower plumbing/valves behind the wall were leaking and the shower would not put out hot water. T his might sound like it’s not a big deal but we only have one shower in the house AND it was leaking, which is an issue for my ceiling downstairs. When we called, they said they may show up on Monday. When I asked for a time i was told they were too busy and did not know a time. I asked if they could please call before they come so I can be on alert since I had a 6 month old baby and at anytime I could tied up with her doing whatever. Well not only did he NOT call, when he showed up, he knocked and when I didn’t answer right away left a tag in my door saying he was “there”. When I called the business I told them I did not hear a knock because I was upstairs and never received a phone call, the lady (whoever she was) said he was too busy to come back and I’ll just have to wait because I didn’t answer the door. And I asked her what kind of business just knocks on a door and doesn’t contact the customer by phone??? (like we are in the 80’s without cell phones or something!) I was so upset with this business as I was already 4 days without a shower working and leaking!

Feb 26, 2019 · Lauren Timminscalled a few months ago for an estimate on fixing a cracked sewer pipe and received a good estimate, response time was good. However, having an emergency situation with a kitchen sink and toilet, a call to their "emergency number" was never returned. Weeks passed, more attempts made to contact, was promised return calls that never happened. Months later, emergency is worse, still no return calls and now I have a new job that I cannot take off of work during the week. Baluta's said they would "get back to me" about possibly making repairs on a Sat. Still no return calls. This is very disheartening. I've had friends and relatives recommend them because of their great service and reasonable pricing, but I just cannot get the same service from them.

Nov 29, 2018 · Sandra JonesI called about a small leak in a pipe. I called a lot of people. Either they were too busy or the 2 that did show up, The first one wanted to tear out all of my pipes in my house and replace everything tear down my walls and dig up my yard and he wanted almost 10grand to do it.The other one that showed up didn't seem like he knew how to work a tool. When I called Pappy he showed up it turns out my sewer pipe collapsed and was backed up in my basement. John made some calls and found another guy to come and unblock my sewer and he dug up where my pipe was broken to put in new plastic pipes. This was over a year ago and never had a problem since then. And they did it for less than 1 grand and in one day.Highly recommend

May 13, 2019 · Sam MichaelsonWas promised that I would be contacted Friday evening to be informed whether or not they would be there that night or on Saturday. No one ever got back to me even to this day, many weeks later. Waiting on them, I had to pay to put a single mom up in a hotel for the weekend, and then had to deal with several broken pipes in my rental due to their irresponsible business practices.
