They remained in contact with me from the beginning until the end of the repair. The work was quickly completed and done with the utmost care! They certainly take a great deal of pride in their work! I will never have anyone else in for any plumbing and heating need.

Mar 29, 2025 · Gail LaRossaThis firm seems to have a split personality. I had to get an emergency service call for burst pipes of the Christmas Holidays. They were very responsive and did the work. I have no complaints about that. I received several invoices for the 2 visits. I was confused as to just what I was paying for and called the firm to get an explanation prior to paying them. This is where they completely fell apart. Over the next several weeks I called no fewer than five times to get the explanation. Each time I was told that a message would be sent to the manager of invoices. Needless to say, no such call was forthcoming. I even wrote them a contact email on their website asking for a call back with the same lack of result. What could have been an easy interaction for them became a big deal and aggravated me more and more as I wasted my time on the multiple calls. By the end, I was quite angry and let them know that. Even with that nasty phone call, all I got was that a message would be left. Today, 1 week after that final call, someone finally responded. The explanation was given, and I paid the invoices. This was an appalling lack of customer service and turned a positive interaction into a very negative one. It is inexplicable to me why they could not have given me a simple call back to resolve the situation. I let the manager know my displeasure. He claimed he only received the last message. I do not believe this to be true after multiple increasingly negative to calls to the same poor secretary answering the phones. I cannot believe that multiple messages were not sent. I believe they were clearly ignored by a manager who felt he had better things to do the explain the bills. This is unacceptable and I hope they learn to value customer service, both before and after the service is rendered..
