In Sep 2019 we bought our house and in Oct 2019 our pipes bursted. We called Roto-Rooter to come out and get our pipes replaced from galvanized to a new type. They did the job great. My only complaint is today we had someone go down to our crawl space for structural damage and found this. If you are replacing stuff you take the old stuff out not just leave it in there hanging all over the place.Update: Ive gone down to looked again at all the pipes and all the new lines they put in are just dangling all over the place. I feel like that’s not right or maybe not up to code? I definitely think they should have up them up so they don’t get snapped or others need to go down there to do work.
